Some of you have been wondering what our movement sessions are all about. When I say movement I am not just referring to one way of moving but many. It is a way to get strong, mobile, flexible, agile and so forth.
For the next few weeks we will be working on Strength (Monday and Wednesday) and Conditioning (Friday) in our afternoon movement sessions. Simply, this is what it means:
STRENGTH: This class will emphasize strength based skills such as push-ups, pulls-ups, squats and many others. We will be focusing on increasing our overall strength and utilizing proper technique to overcome deficiencies. Each individual will work at their own level.
CONDITIONING: Core work, high-intensity training, natural movement training. This class will have circuits then will be done in repetition to get the heart pumping and blood flowing.
