Day 16 ‪#‎AugustGreenHealthChallenge‬ Meditate in Nature

Find a spot that feels right to you, settle yourself down, become aware of how you are feeling, meeting yourself without judgement, as you would a good friend. Tune into the sounds around you, without conceptualising, without labelling, experience sitting here quietly and when the mind wanders, with a passive attitude come back to the practice.
