Day 15 ‪#‎AugustGreenHealthChallenge‬ Homemade herbal tea

So many recipes, so many uses, from tasty, to mood changing such as calming or perking us up, to medicinal, helping us when we feel down or hyper. At a glance; chamomile= insomnia, mint= relaxes, ginger tea = nausea, rooibos = antioxidant, rosehip = immunity boost. All these teas are beneficial and quite tasty.
